Cancel a Class

3 hour cancellation (sorry no exceptions). Up to 3 hours before the start of class, you may cancel through your Union account by clicking on My Account on the upper right-hand corner and then clicking on Registrations. Pull down the drop-down menu and click Cancel.  No refunds will be available for students who do not show up to an in-person class for any reason. For monthly members, a $15 no-show fee will be charged to your account. Special events/workshops (in-person & livestream) may have unique cancellation policies. Please check the event listing and registration receipt for details relating to that specific event.

Class Pack Use

Expiration dates apply to all class packages, no exceptions. All class purchases are no-transferrable and non-refundable.

One Month Hold on Practice Memberships

Practice Membership allows for (1) one month hold per calendar year. Request to hold must be made via email before your next billing cycle.

Important information regarding Covid-19

Proof of vaccination is still currently required by Practice for all in-person classes. If your Union.fit vaccination status has not yet been verified, please make sure to bring proof of vaccination with you if you intend on taking an in-person class. Our studio is operating at reduced capacity until further notice. Weather permitting, we will often keep the windows ajar(there are a total of 5 windows). We have 2 ceiling fans to circulate air and 2 CDC recommended air purifiers that are always in operation.

We adhere to CDC and DOH hygiene and sanitation requirements.

By attending class at Practice, you agree that you have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past (2) weeks and are not currently experiencing any symptoms associated with any variant of COVID-19.

In-Person Attendance

To attend a class in-person you must have registered in advance via Union.fit. We have a strict 3 hour cancellation policy with no exceptions. Cancel 3 hours before the start of class and your class will be credited to your account for future use. Failure to cancel within the cancellation window will result in your class be forfeited. For Practice Membership holders late cancellation or no-show with result in a $15 fee.

The doors to the studio will be locked between 5-10 minutes once class starts. Please be on time to avoid any disruption. If you are not present 10 minutes after the class start time and the doors have been locked, you will lose your pass for that class and/or incur a $15 late fee if you are a member.

Please also note the in-person protocol below:

• Arrive 10 minutes before class is scheduled to begin.

• Please bring your own mat. If you are borrowing a supplied mat, please make sure to sanitize the mat with our natural sanitizer.

• Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio.

• There in a strict no food or beverage (other than water bottle with lids) allowed in the yoga practice space.

• 3 hour cancellation prior to class start time is required. Fees will be applied if you fail to cancel within that window of time.

• Cell phones must be silenced via Airplane Mode, Do Not Disturb or by turning the phone off.

• There are no refunds for not attending a class for any reason.

• Proof of Vaccination is required either through your Union.fit account or by providing a hard copy of your vaccination card or via NYS Excelsior Pass.

Livestream Classes

Livesteam classes are listed as 'Streaming' on the Practice class schedule on Union.fit. They can be attended at the scheduled time and also accessed for 24 hours from the time the class ends via either the link above in the confirmation email receipt or from the registrations page on your Union.fit account. Members have free access to all livestreams and all classes on the Practice on-line library.

Lost & Found

We are not responsible for lost of stolen items. Please make sure your personal items are properly secured.

Practice reserves the right to change our in-studio attendance policy at any time to comply with government health regulations and to provide a level of service that strives to keep our community safe to the best of our ability while maintaining a viable business.
