Yvette Chen

Yvette is a yoga teacher that prioritizes inclusivity and wants her students to feel comfortable and empowered in their bodies. She teaches a vinyasa flow style that is equal parts playful, uplifting, and grounding. Yvette sees yoga as a practice that helps us connect to our truest, most expansive selves, and be in community with each other. Yvette completed her 200-hour training at Palo Santo Wellness and a 75 hour advanced training at SKY TING. In addition to staying up late making yoga playlists, she enjoys baking, film photography, and training for triathlons.
